New Goodies on Etsy, and a giveaway!

Hey gang, two exciting bits of news today, of the Phampersand nature.

I’ve fiiiiiiinalllyyyyyyyyy updated my Etsy Shop with 10 new day planners (this year in two sizes!) and 3 fun blank books bound in hand-dyed Tyvek (that stuff that they put on the side of houses or use to make mailers). If you’re in the market for a planner, I suggest that you act fast because they sold very quickly last year. I tried really hard to pick some cool unique papers, and if they get a good response, I’ll be ordering more patterned paper soon. This is all I have right now though.

edit: I’ve already sold one, get to it, y’all! (Hi Kelsey!!)

But also also also, I’m pumped to try something I’ve never done with my blog before, a giveaway! That’s right, you could win your very own Phampersand Press day planner–it’ll look just like this but with a purple ribbon instead of green. I’ll even throw in a couple extra goodies. All you have to do is leave me a comment with your name, email address, and share with me whatever fun goals you have for the coming year. Maybe your goal is to stay more organized, and hopefully I can help with that! (can’t say I’m the most organized myself…)

You have until Sunday, December 20th to enter, and I’ll pick one lucky commenter at random to receive some Phampersand Press treats. Cool? I think so!

p.s. Only one comment per person, please.

  • Personal Goals for 2010: write something every day, doodle something every day, be healthier (I’ve never been as sick as I was in 2009– I need to bike more, run more, and or get more nutrients), get a job at Phenix & Phenix (Austin based literati publicity), put more effort into school, make home somewhere I want to be, make new friends (because my current friends suck)…

It’s kind of like my 2009 list, but more refined.

  • Oh first one! ;)

  • goal: get a real job, travel everywhere that i possibly can. fall in love too — i’m almost there and i’m positive it’ll happen in the new year.

  • my goal is to finally de-clutter and find my inner-organizer.

    i’m sure she’s in there… somewhere. :/

  • Goal: Organize my house and my life.

  • My goal is to maintain my weight and fitness goals and participate in another half marathon or two. Besides this I also want to excell in my math and science classes work on more art that I’ve neglected the past year.

  • My goal for 2010 is to quit smoking. Thanks for making the great planners.

  • My goal is to procrastinate less and be more productive in general.

  • My goal for 2010 is to be happy with every choice I make and not wait around for anything or anyone

  • My goal is to be able to name all 195 countries on a map in 15 minutes (as in: http://www.sporcle.com/games/world.php)!

  • They are so cute!

  • My goals:
    1. To purge myself of all the people who are negatively affecting my life.
    2. To continue losing weight.
    3. To run my first 5K.

  • My goal for 2010 is to do what I say I’m going to do, when I say I’m going to do it. My slacker days will be long gone.

My goal for the new year (well, just January) is to paint a smaller version of the babby deer, as well as a new babby unicorn one, have prints made and start selling them, with the proceeds going towards my daughter’s college fund.

  • my goal is to try to start selling some of the things I make. I’m getting pretty good at sewing so I want to make an etsy and see how things go! oh and I also want to work out more of course.

    portions.of.foxesportions.of.foxes gmail.com

that one was my favorite of your planners btw!

  • My number one goal is to get into law school! Hopefully that will happen!! I also want to go to the gym more and just generally be happier with the person I am.

  • My biggest goal for the new year is to start building things for myself. I’m the “take care of everyone else first” type and always put myself last, this year it’s time for me: a job, working on my food knowledge/cooking skills, getting fit and just taking care of ME.

  • Goal: Do well in school and stop procrastinating!
Also, because I’m 400 miles away from home, I want to keep intouch with my family. Like talk to them once or twice every week, and my grandma is very sick and she misses me a lot. So I want to try to home home as often…which is probably once or twice every quarter (11 weeks.)

  • I want to be really organized, keep my apt clean, and lose weight.

  • My biggest goal is to save some money! I’m making more than enough right now to put some away but I’m finding if I don’t crack down on myself it just disappears. Goal #2 is to start taking care of myself and to look like an adult at the age of 23 without conflicting too much with goal #1!

  • One of my goals is write everything my grandpa says down and date it. I love him so much but he is getting older and saying funnier things. Those are the moments I want to save.

Also, I am taking over Invisible Children at my school, volunteering, asked to be on the Model UN team, and getting drunk and going dancing on the weekends. I need to plan my life out so its fun but productive.

  • This isn’t a goal, but my husband is working out of town and told us that this year we aren’t exchanging presents for the holidays since out kids our in college and money is tight. I would like to be able to get every one of my children a gift somehow and plan better financially for next year

  • My goal for the year is to just be more productive in general…. stop spending so much time around my house and actually get out and do things and explore my city.

  • I love your planners! My goal for the next year is to get my shit together professionally. Loosely defined, that includes getting a professional internship in my desired field, an entry level position for a company I admire, or be recognized publicly for what I do.

  • my goal for the year is to make some new friends! it shouldn’t be that hard, i just need to put forth the effort. i’d also like to start working out, maybe i can meet friends at the gym!

  • My goal is to finally be the first woman in my family to graduate college, get a grown up job, and grow up. I’ve been pretty dependent on my parents my whole life and I’m looking forward to becoming self sufficient.

  • my goal is to figure out what i want to do with my life! also, procrastinate less.

  • My goals for 2010 are to be less of a chubster, be more organized (or at least be able to see the floor in my room), annnnnnd be single and happy about it until I am fully over my stupid ex. :D

  • I still havent reached all of my goals for 2009 (but I still have another few weeks, right?!). In 2010, I will resolve to be kinder, more generous, more thoughtful, start going to Yoga class regularly and to spend more QT with my hubby.

  • Take more time to create things and learn new skills, clean up and get my stuff in order, travel more, continue to stay active, and buy handmade :)

  • Hello, I love these planners, so cute! My goal for the next year is to spend more time making crafts, which should be possible because I am dedicating a new space to crafting and also to get my photography organized and put an exhibit together.

  • Make more crafts, become a more focused crafter and maybe have enough of something to open an etsy shop. SAVE lots of $$ (spend much less) and buy a new car. Perhaps go on a date from time to time.

  • My goals for 2010:

Stop caring so much about what other people are doing/how they live their lives.

    Be more outgoing.

  • I’ve been searching for a 2010 planner for weeks now!!! This would be perfect.

Goals for 2010: 1. Finally get my Christmas card addresses computerized so I can print lable and spend more time writing personal notes.

    2. Write a song.

That’s all I’ve got for now.

  • new years resolution.. it will definitely have to involve making more art and try to get into yoga more.

  • bebe.foquebebe.foque gmail.com

my goal is to clean more, be more mature and responsible, and stop constantly relying on others to make me feel worthwhile!

  • My goal for the new year is to STOP WATCHING DAWSON’S CREEK AND START READING MY SCHOOL BOOKS. Also, to stop eating candy for breakfast. Well, I guess that one’s not so bad. But seriously, I’m 21, time to put away the Dawsons creek DVDs and start getting serious about school amirite?

  • It’s pretty inspiring to read some of these resolutions. This is certainly not my only resolution, but I’d really like to get back to weaving more scarves. Cuffs are cute and hip, but handwoven scarves are so beautiful and luxurious. Here they come. I’ll even make weaving appointments with myself in my hand Phampersand planner. :)

  • My biggest goal is to get my photography business up and running and get some more shoots scheduled.
